Booking for Events

TREATS Members each receive an Invitation for every Event, if you and your partner share the same email address please make sure you are responding to the invitation addressed to you and not your partner.

Single Males must ring to check if there is space left on the Single Males List before booking as we limit the number of Single Males.

You will receive an invitation four weeks, two weeks and one week before each Event, at the bottom of the invitation there is a link which you can click, if you click on the link you will be booked and will receive a confirmation which you should print out and bring with you. 

You can only book ONE person with each invitation so if you have a partner they will need to book using their own personal invitation.

If you wish to bring a Guest(s) to TREATS please send us an email at least seven days before the Event giving us details.

Hotmail, AOL, and Yahoo sometimes cause a problem with our invitations, they either put them in SPAM or JUNK folders, or they won't let you use the booking link. If this happens copy the link into the address bar of your browser and it WILL work. If all else fails ring the booking through on 07081 500 633 or Text it to 07876 316316

Once you have clicked the linked there is NO way to cancel except by sending us an email or phoning us. If you have booked in error please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the place to someone else.

Under the terms of your Membership you are liable for the cost of bookings that you make so do not book unless you are definitely coming or are prepared to meet the cost if you don't show. 

Members who book and don't turn up or cancel in time will NOT be accepted into the Club again until the fee for the previous Event is paid.
